but good news ive been sick! my throat is so sore, and i have no appetite! its seriously greaaat :) Thurdays intake b- nothing l-this pizza looking microwavable thing...only ate half (200 cal.) s-small apple (65 cal.) d-1/2 chicken noodle soup (100 cal.) TOTAL- 365 :]
Today's intake (even better) b-nothing l-hot tea from starbucks with 4 honey packets (100 cal?) s-clam chowder soup (170 cal.) d-nothinggg TOTAL- 270 :D

Ok so will someone please tell me what this obsession with drinking so much water is?! Does it really help you and how?
AND I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST! BY WEDNESDAY...umm WHAT IS THE BEST WAY? FAST? LIQUID FAST? EXERCISE? C'MON GIRLS I NEEEEED YOU.
ALSO....guess what i learned in class... ok so in my psych class we were talking about eating disorders and when they were talking about binge eaters so i asked a lot of questions [so not obvious, right?]. anyways my teacher was explaining how our fat cells shrink and get bigger. so when we diets they shrink, and when we binge they get bigger. she said after a while [if it keeps happening] ur cells go "retarded" AND THEY STOP SHRINKING BECAUSE THEY ARE SO CONFUSED & kindda do that thing called "starvation mode" and stores all the fat!! isnt that crazzy?! SO SOP BINGEING GIRLS OR YOU COULD GET SCREWED FOREVER...also Note: everyone is born with different amount of fat cells, and they always stay at that same number. what's going to make you skinny is keeping them small..so when u diet STICK TO IT. GOD IVE BEEN DOING TERRIBLE. ...So i've been running around all day, and haven't had time for reg. food.
Breakfast- Breakfast jack from jack-in-the-box (290) NOT BAD FOR FAST FOOD, but still terrible for my usual cup of black coffee, but i was liek starving and want to avoid bingeing.
Lunch-Chicken Mcnuggets 6 piece from mcdonals (255) HOW GROSS, mcdonalds I KNOW..but its seriously the lowest calorie thing i could find.. 2 packets of ketchup (30) & 1/2 packet of hot mustard (25) Diet Hansen's soda (0) love itttttt
Snack-Smoothie (300)
900 CALORIES!!! gahhh i am aiming for no dinner.
SO WHO HAS IDEAS FOR LOWLOW CALORIE FOOD THAT YOU GET FROM GOING OUT. DO SHARE
EDIT ok so i had dinner .. corn on the cob (70) and an apple (65)
TOTAL FOR THE DAY 1045 BUTTTTT i went to the gym [not for long] so - about 200 GRAND TOTAL: 845!
